Julia Kacarka1I wish I had the choice of zero stars. This branch is not even worthy of one star. My father and I have both been loyal customers at Regions For 20+ years. When we walked into the bank to get something notarized we were shunned and treated very disrespectfully and rude by a so called professional that was sitting behind a desk. Took the same document down the road & had zero problems.

Billy Bryant1Would give zero if possible. We have 17 commercial accounts with regions and in 9 years not once have I been told all commercial deposits have to come inside. The teller was rude and I have made multiple deposits weekly and this is the first I have heard this. I would love to know if this is a company policy or just this remude persons policy.

Sean Ziegler1If I could leave 0 Stars, I would!!! This bank’s customer service is non-existent. Called the 1-800 number. Waited the 15 minute-Wait-time, only to be hung up before being connected to a representative. Searched and searched for a local number - only to be told they cannot help, and that I should call the 1-800 number. DO NOT waste your time with this corporate company. No customer loyalty. We will be switching ASAP. 👎🏼

Austin Hobson5Sometimes your issue cant be fixed immediately or how you may wish for it to be completed; however, Darren was professional and polite. My issue was not his fault at all but he took ownership and tried to do everything in his power to fix the problem. If the whole staff is like Darren then this may be the best bank branch in the world! Darren earned this five star review even with a problem not being resolved immediately.

Tana Miller1The WORST bank i have EVER been with. card keep declining WITH money on it. so i HAVE to run as credit when it’s a debit. also every time i call to report this problem they never answer & the automated machine hung up on me. WORST bank. do not waste your time or money!!

L.A. Womack2This bank is only open until 4:30 on weekdays and closed on weekends and does not provide online services, unless you have a checking account with them. So if you have a loan with them you're looking at paying $10/month ($120/year!) for a checking account just to make a loan payment. Changing loan to better bank!!
