  This past week my sister was approved for a car loan through this bank. There were some issues that needed to be worked through. After much time invested by us and the bank, Members Credit Union REALLY went the extra mile to make good standing with their customer. After initial frustration, they really came through, effectively changing the life of someone in their community for the better, and whom was most deserving. That's part of what makes Lenoir great, and maybe more businesses could take lessons from this bank to make our community even greater. This is a supreme example of how business/community relations should be. Thank you Members Credit Union of Lenoir, especially the branch manager, who did a fantastic job of making things happen.

  I wanted to refinance my car because my payments were very high. Due to loss of my husband's income, it was very difficult but I was making the payment but it was really hard. I talked with one employee and she told me to come in and talk with the loan officer. She helped me by telling me everything I would need to bring. I brought it in and was able to refinance my vehicle at a lower interest rate, which made my payments lower! The staff at the Lenoir, NC Member's Credit Union were great to work with! I appreciate their efforts on my behalf!
