Shots with Cola1I would not recommend getting a car loan through members. They have sent repo men to my residence on more than one occasion to “collect information” at night even though the car loan is up to date. Greg Gonzales will harass you repeatedly about your car being late and if you prove your current he will than say good but don’t get behind or we will repo your vehicle. Even employees at the bank no this guy is terrible and recommend you reporting him. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real credit union like state employees. This place is awful and would be better ran by my 2 year old daughter.

Douglas Helms1I went in there to see about opening an account and ask questions. The lady could not answer my questions and was very rude. When I asked a question about different accounts, her answer were they are the same thing. I asked about checks and she could not answer them. Finally, I just walked out and told her I would take my money elsewhere. She acted like she didn't care.

Kelsey Near1I just became a member and the customers service has been disappointing. I have come through the drive-through 3 times and called on the phone as well and each time has not been a pleasant experience. I left feeling like I was a bother and am tempted to find another credit union.
