  Very friendly staff. Great place to do FFL transfers. You can luck up on deals on some used guns in this store but as I said its mostly just a good place to do FFL transfers because the staff is so awesome about it.

  Certainly the cleanest pawn shop around, and the help today was professional and courteous. Went in to buy a couple of window unit AC units. Prices were relatively high, and on one unit was nearly $25 higher than the same unit at Lowes/Home Depot! No warranty offered, no haggling on price, take it or leave it. So I left it. I might be back, but no deals to be had here. Might as well as pay a little extra (or even less) for something new with a warranty.

  If your into buying rusted shotguns that are $60 less than a new one cost online then this place is for you. If your into buying a used 1911 that has half inch of gun powder in the slide because they are to lazy to clean it. This place is for you. The people are rude and dont have respect for the customers. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

  If I could give this place a negative review I would. Words to describe this place would be unprofessional, biased towards race, and rude. Because I was in the area I decided to provide my services to them. Again, not by choice but because I couldn’t make it anywhere else due to it being late in the evening. The man who serviced me said my jewelry wasn’t real and he couldn’t assist me. The funny thing is I have took this same jewelry to other places and didn’t have a problem. Going to the pawnshop in the first place is a humbling experience but being told your jewelry is fake is a insult. This experience has me so heated I’m thinking of taking my pink slip from another pawnshop to show him his error or even better contacting the bbb. Based on these nasty remarks on here there is no need to respond because I refuse to be manipulated into thinking this place has decency. People take your business elsewhere.

  Buyer beware. They do shady business practices. They will close down for a holiday and give you one less day to pick your item up. Buyer beware. Never do business there. I have told everyone on Facebook as well. The people are very unethical and treated myself, a veteran like I am a fool. The Iraqis treated me better when I lived overseas in a warzone. I hope all 7100 followers online will boycott this place.

  Jermi, there is nothing unethical about our business, and no one in our shop treated you like a fool. As any pawn shop interest occurs every 30 days. You came in our shop on June 7th 2016 and made a loan, on July 8th of 2016 you came back to our shop to redeem the loan(day 31). When you initially made the loan you signed a contract showing the pick up dates and amounts, therefore when you came in on day 31 to pick up your item there was no surprise, and no one done you Shady. If you feel there is a problem, you are more than welcome to come back to our shop and I will show you the contract that you signed. And as always from Insta-Cash Pawn and Jewelry Inc.   note to owner a lot of people are not happy with service instead of coming on here and proving them right buy being rude I think you try something new like not being rude to customers which is what they are saying they don't like I haven't even ever been there and I believe them

  Sold me a bad CD player

  The CD player worked just fine until you dropped in the parking lot, while getting into your car. We show each customer that the item being purchased is in good working condition before leaving our store.
