Tony Payson1Wow, McCaylea for the win. After having the website down all weekend I call in because I needed to have a transfer from savings to checking. I waited on hold for 57 minutes to get a very rude person named Mccaylea very unprofessional language and did not care about me as a member what so ever. Offered no solutions and hung up on me. I’ll be closing my accounts after 13 years of good standing accounts.

Joel E2Hours do not factor for those who work 9-5. Drive thru runs much slower than the spirit valley branch when more than 2 vehicles are in line. Additional customer service training could be useful as well.

Ileigh Gorham5I have banked here since high school. They are always friendly and I have not had any issues that could never be resolved. I have had my card number stolen a few times (don’t pay at the pump with your card at gas stations) and they have always caught it very quickly and stopped any fraudulent charges. Instead of waiting for a new card through the mail, I would just go to the bank and get a new card right away. Their online banking is also very easy to use and convenient. I see myself banking with them for a long time.

Martina Carlson1Only one teller was working so I waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told they couldn't break my twenties and give be change because I didn't have an account with them. Is this a thing at other banks? Since when can you not get change at a bank?? Since my husband is a vet we bank with USAA, so can't just go to a branch for change. Luckily McDonald's took pity on me. You won't be getting any business from me any time soon.

I had fraudulent charges on my account went to dispute them on the 18th they said they would give a provisional credit in 10 days come to find out its 10 business days and they started the process on June 28th instead of June 18th. Well because of that lie I now have yet another overdraft fee that they wont refund. They lie and steal from you. Plus they give you the worst customer service.

Taylor McCoy1They LOST my money instead of keeping it safe. I had my debit card stolen from me in mid-december of 2018. I was panicking and went directly to this location within 30 minutes of it being stolen. No fraudulent purchases had been made yet on my stolen card. I asked them to please close my credit card immediately as it had been stolen. They clicked around on the computer a bit and then told me that it had been CLOSED so that no one could make any fraudulent purchases on it. Fast forward a month and a half later, I come to find out that on the day it had been stolen, the teller had made a mistake when closing it so that IT HAD NEVER ACTUALLY BEEN CLOSED. I went through several representatives before learning of this to beg them to close replacement card after replacement card and to ask them to please help me figure out why all these fraudulent purchases were appearing in my online banking. Nobody thought to check if I had any other cards open in my account. I could have lost much less if they had just checked. Since I am so young, I did not even feel believed by some of the staff when I told them my story. I am not a rude or angry person, I am usually very understanding. I was terrified of what was happening. I couldn’t even sleep at night; I was too scared that I would wake up in the morning and more would be gone. I am very ill right now and can barely work, so what I have is what I have. I can’t pay my copays at the hospital with nothing. In a time where I needed Members Cooperative Credit Union most, this location couldn’t keep me safe.

Weston Archambault1They cancelled my current debit card without my permission, due to a suspension they had about fraudulent activity from caribou coffee. I never received my other card, I've ordered two of them since this. I'm now late on my rent payment because of this. I've been waiting on hold for an hour to try and fix this.
