  A great Credit Union with fantastic employees! I have been a member for many years and recommend it to anyone. The employees are always helpful and the credit union provides great services! Special shout out to Rebekah Tolliver, a great representative of a wonderful organization. She has helped me several times with loans and anything else I have asked of her!

  This has been my “bank” (Credit union) for nearly ten years now. They do their absolute best to help members achieve goals in purchasing, be it for a home, auto, or otherwise. Friendly staff makes you feel at home and comfortable when visiting. My loan officer was hat I deal directly with is Rebekah. She is phenomenal in what she does! Come let them get your business, you’ll be glad you did!

  This branch mailed me a letter stating I could delay a December Loan Payment for $25. I was 6 weeks past due but I sent in a check to completely clear any delinquency along with a separate $25 check for the fee of delaying December loan payment. Though they had no policy to cite, a Manager decided that because I was recently past due I shouldn't be able to be helped around the Christmas holiday. Again, I was no longer past due. Then they still cashed my $25 check even though I didn't get the service. I called to get $25 back but was met with zero empathy, zero apology, and someone clearly biting their teeth to refrain an attitude. Not to mention they never officially received signed paperwork for the loan. I could likely stop paying and have a shot at winning any legal proceedings but despite my struggle to feed my family I pay because it's moral. I don't understand a person who works at a company being a Grinch for Christmas and getting personal that I was delinquent. If there's policy fine, but a manager in a bad mood shouldn't be able to just wing it and decline aide the company previously proactively offered. This place can give good service but when it's bad service it's in extremely poor taste.

We are very sorry that your member experience was not excellent, during a time that is so fluid and full of changes.   I have been a customer for many years and if I could give them 10 stars I would! Rebekah Tolliver helped me with the purchase of my house, my car and then my refinance. She goes above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. She treats me like family and I truly appreciate all she has done. She is such an asset to MCCU!!

  Best Bank in Ashland! I always get great help from Rebekah Tolliver. She is always so quick to help and very efficient. I do all my banking there, car loans. personal loans. I am always met with warm smiles and cheerful greetings. Plus I always get a Thank-You when leaving. Rebekah Tolliver has always gone above and beyond for us.

  Love our credit union. All the workers go above and beyond for each individual and do everything they can to help you. My personal favorite is Rebekah Tolliver, when you walk in her office as a customer, you walk out with a new friend. She’s the best !!!

  Members choice in Ashland has been taking care of me and my family for years. I have my house and vehicles financed through them. Rebekah Tolliver has made our experiences very enjoyable, she is very professional at what she does. My family would never consider another bank or credit union so yes for me it’s a five star rating.

  My husband and I recently refinanced our house thru Members with Rebekah Tolliver. She made the process much less stressful and stayed right on top of everything to make things run as smoothly as possible. We are so excited to start our banking journey with them.

  Have been a member for a little more than 10 years. Always great customer service via phone or stopping in. Rebekah has been extremely helpful anytime I’ve had to contact her for any questions or loans! Definitely would recommend Members Choice Credit Union!!
