  Can't get through the drive thru in less than an hour. Horrible customer service, rude tellers. Anyone thinking of joining this credit union, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere .

  I have been using ashland credit union for 6 years. I love it. Way better than a traditional bank. I have used them to purchase 2 vehicles and without question better rates and monthly payments come from them. by a lot, hundreds of dollars saved a month compared to other offers you receive at any dealership.

  Literally the absolute slowest drive through I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have to plan in advance when I have to go here because I know I will spend a minimum of 20 minutes sitting. I’ve been a loyal customer and dealing with this for years and it never gets any better. The most frustrating bank I’ve ever been a part of.

  I've been a member of ACU for about 30 years. It is by far the best Credit Union I have ever been a member of. The are so willing to help you with all of your financial needs and always willing to do whatever it takes to help their members in any way. I recommend ACU very highly and prefer to do banking with them rather than a huge local bank.

  Great place to have your loans and savings with. Martha is fantastic and really helps in every situation.Rates are good but I wish they did mortgage loans so I could have all my loans with one company. Other than that my experience has been great

  I have been banking with Ashland Credit Union for quite a few years now, great people to do business with! I am in Pennsylvania so contact is mostly via the phone and everyone is friendly and helpful. I have financed several vehicles through them and they have been smooth transactions.

  I have had a great experience with everyone else but the drive thru. Every single time I’ve been through it has been super slow. Today I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes not being waiting on with no other cars even in line then a car next to me pulls up and is waited on right away by the teller. After he takes care of him he then waits on me, So Rude!

  This is the best place I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When I had cancer they worked with us on our loans until I could get back on my feet. Can't say enough good things about this credit union and it's staff.

  I have a problem with your TV commercials. First, it sounds like the voice is saying Ashley, not Ashland Credit Union. Children with childish voices don't leave me with a sense of professionalism. This is a deterrent for doing business with your organization. I'll keep muting when your commercials are on, and you'll keep paying for nonsense, how not to advertise a business. Thank you

  Not a very good experience don’t really seem like they want to work with you and help out. I will take my business else where along with my family’s ** Edit** It’s not about my needs it’s about getting a response and someone willing to work with you and reach out. Voice mail after voice mail with no call back is not very good customer service
