Shelli Boosh3I've been at this bank for years. Pros: The employees have always been nice. I also like that with a Kasassa account, I get $8/month. Cons: No mobile deposit. A new card cannot be printed on-site and takes a while to arrive by mail. I recently went through a 2 week period when my debit card wasn't working online or on apps. I work in a hospital and can't leave, so I order food at times and was unable to. When I called to ask why, I was told that they had a new debit card company and couldn't do anything about it and that it could just continue to happen. Also, going back about 5 years ago, I purchased a car from a dealership and later realized my high interest rate was because an employee put my loan in as a personal rather than auto loan. I have since got a new loan elsewhere for a fraction of the interest rate.
