  Had trouble when looking for a new house with them. I wasn't approved for very much through them and every time I asked what any holdups were for I had to do something else. Told I needed 2000 in bank and when I did then I needed more in bank. Found a different mortgage company and had wonderful first house buying experience through the other guy
