Richard Brown1You can never get anyone on the phone from the branch you want to speak with. Not very member friendly. Should have a direct number Not just the 800 number that gets you nowhere. It's good to have the 800 number but a direct line is needed as well. I've been a member for a long time and I feel like they could care less if I was a member or not. They were great when they started now that they have gotten bigger they don't care.

Whinnie1It was morning when I arrived at the drive thu and afternoon when I drove off. Members 1st banks are the slowest in the nation. They haven't done anything for me since I've been a member. According to Members 1st my credit score is more than 100 points less than what it actually is. I had to join a new bank but still use this to pay a bill every month.

Daxxor755Nice bank, very friendly and helpful. Switched to them after my bank got bought out again. So far so good, got everything I needed on first trip in to open my accts. Nice that they do not charge a ton of fees like most banks now a days. Would recommend for sure.

Darnell Ramper1NSF even when money is posted the same day as debits. i've had money be taking out one minute prior to money going in and still get the NSF charge.. i'm closing this down soon

Adam Schaum1TERRIBLE BANK do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Over the past several weeks I have called and spoke with multiple employees and left several messages with employees. All in an attempt to open an account and to get information on a mortgage. However nobody ever calls back or expresses any interest in helping me. So my wife an I will be taking our 800 plus credit scores to an establishment that appreciates their customers.

Nicolelynn Summers1Very unprofessional with people's bank accounts. Charged me an overdraft fee when I am no longer apart of their overdraft fee program; refuse to take their overdraft fee out of my account.

Whiskey5I love this place they are helpfull when it comes to loans. My other bank ive been there for 15 years never give a loan when i needed too much info they need and they will endup turning u down.. merbers fist is awesome thats i git new bank now.🙏😀🤝😀

Wendy Broome1Covenient, but never enough help. I spent my lunch waiting in line. 2 windows open on Fridays and one was doing the drive thru. 2people in the offices laughing and carrying on, but none came out to help.
