Awful. 2 tellers and a manager. 2 people at the window when I got there one person in front of me. Took 15 minutes to finally get called to a window. 2 of those were after the last person left and the manager and teller were having side conversations before they called me up. Asked for my withdrawal gave I’d and account number. Teller barely addressed me as he was too busy talking to his manager complaining about something and it being the “principal of it”. Doesn’t give me my money in the bills i requested. Literally he took my ID and tossed it back to me. Not placing it down not setting it in front of me. Tossed it down while he continued to complain about his nonsense while the line behind me grew to 7 people. This location is terrible.

Great experience in speaking with Shawn, listened to my problems and helped me understand activity in my account. He made the whole process easy and soley because of him, I have to give this customer service 5 stars. If all employees were like him, I have no doubt this credit union would be twice the size.

      1) Terrible policy, terms and conditions, and follow through of written policies from upper management of the branch. (They had all rights to waive any and/or all fees). 2) My account was dinged 59 overdraft fees on 59 $10 transactions. $320 was actually deducted from my account and paid to the merchants on my behalf. So I became responsible for 32 overdraft fees. $1184 in overdraft fees over $320 charged to the members of the credit union. That is roughly a profit to Members 1st of $900. 3) I had deposited funds to cover any and all transactions roughly 10 minutes after they processed through pending activity (I tried to beat the time frame I thought I had which was 11pm and they dinged at 5pm). I was literally 10 minutes too late (5:10pm deposit). My $1200 deposit was basically taken away by fees. $16 of the deposit went towards any of the charges on my plate. 4) Upper management did not honor the mistake of timing. They accepted a $900 profit of my mistakes. 5) Credit Unions are ran and funded by members. Mostly on interest rates. They are tax exempt entities, unlike banks. They claim to be “Not-For-Profit”. They profited $900 on my behalf. I paid back everything to the members of the union 10 minutes after they were “affected”. 6) Almost all other banks and/or credit unions have maximum overdraft fees per business day. Most are 4-5 overdraft fees MAX on any given business day. This “bank”went 8x’s (literally was 14x's to begin with) that rate on me. 7) This whole issue is totally unjust and very inconsiderate on the upper management of the branch. The terms say they have the rights to waive any and/or all fees. They hardly helped me out at all... 8) The First thing they did to fix the issue, is all that they did for the matter! Even after 7 days of waiting for a return phone call. In conclusion, stay far away from this “bank” their policies are unjust and upper management left me high and dry when I was 10 minutes late on my funds being deposited. Look elsewhere to local banks such as PNC bank, or M&T bank because they do have Maximum Overdraft Fees per Day!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. Female teller behind counter was extremely rude. Loudly talked about my finances in front of other customers. They will take any chance they can to charge you a fee.

Monday may 10th I drove to two locations the Simpson Ferry and Carlisle Pike locations both of them were closed prior to 5. Both the lobby and the drive-through were closed I checked online prior to leaving my home their hours and it clearly states 9 to 5 absolutely no mention of them being closed. A small note taped on the door. Obviously this credit union does not care about their members time. Very unprofessional

What can you say about using an ATM that you don't have to leave your car. Convenient.

      Response from the owner

Thanks for the positive review, C J Crowley!
