  I feel like "Norm" from the old TV series "Cheers". Everyone knows me after a short time of coming in. Fantastic staff. Everyone is helpful, friendly and personable. Nice selection of services too.

  I absolutely love banking through Members 1st. I’m always treated with kindness and addressed by my first name. We moved out of York and moved to Mechanicsburg. Multiple times I have gone through the drive-through at this location and they have taken my money and check and not even asked how my day is or even what I need. They just take my money and assume they know what account it goes in. It’s just disappointing and embarrassing. Hopefully this message will get through to someone who actually cares and they can work on showing kindness and addressing people by their names like they are trained to do!!

  So helpful, kind and experienced! Today I went into members 1st to put a travel notice on my account and to have some US Dollars converted to Euros! Michael was so helpful and fast in putting a travel notice on my account! Then Holly was so kind and helpful in putting in a money order for the Euros I would need for my trip! Such a great bank! So glad to have an account at a bank with such wonderful employees!

  The female associates when you call in, are rude, ignorant, and provide FALSE information. They have no customer service skills and has me contemplating canceling my accounts with Members 1st. They clearly do not put members first, they dont care about members, let along long term members. They need to do better.

  The best credit union PA plenty of parking the lot is a little awkward with the traffic pattern but the people inside are always friendly
