Keep_ Calm001Omgoodness..... Where to start? After using number one credit Union for a few months I'm sad to say I will be withdrawing and closing out my accounts this weekend. The mobile app refuses to load when I try to sign in so I have to resort to using the Web browser to access my account which wouldn't be a huge deal, However, when you add that to every other bad experience I've had it's just icing on the cake. For starters there are 0 card controls so if you happen to mis place your card, you cannot cut it off, so youre forced to cancel. Also you might want to hold on to that card really tight because if you lose it, It takes forever to receive a replacement I'm sure they put it in the fine print when you sign up with them (but honestly, who reads all that? ) but, they charge you $3 a month for a statement that they mail out. I wasn't aware of this until I caught it on my statement this morning and when I called to do away with it I was told that the only way I could do it was through the mobile app or the browser. We've already covered the fact that the app doesn't load on my phone so when going to the browser I'm not seeing a way to do it there either. Also there's no 24/7 customer service which is honestly absurd. God forbid you need help over the weekend with something. Just an overall negative experience with this company, So I will be scouting out new credit unions and joining another one within a couple of weeks

Lindsey McLaughlin1Ordered a replacement card after a fraudulent charge, told it would arrive in 7-10 business days. On the 11th business day called customer service, they requested I allow one more day before requesting a new card with the possibility it being lost in mail. 12 th business day it arrives, I attempt to activate, it is denied. Further investigation reveals, associate from previous night, marked the replacement as lost/stolen. Card cannot be reactivated. We had concluded, at conversation end night prior, no further action to be taken and it was my responsibility to follow up next day for options if card does not arrive. Now I Must order new and wait another 10 business days for replacement. Option 2, pay replacement fee and expedited fee totaling 30-40 dollars for it to arrive in 5 business days. When I asked for the fee to be waived, as this error was not of my doing, request was declined. This, in my opinion, is poor customer service and poor representation of the business practices. I will be closing account immediately, although I may have to wait 5 to 10 business for that to occur too. Highly dissatisfied. Red flags as to poor accountability and reliability. Richard Perkey1Went to Member One with $900 in change got back 590 their machine broke down in the middle of the process at $300 I put additional $600 in which would’ve made it 900 so watch your back going to Member One in the change machine they will get you and there’s nothing you can do about it CROOKS they got me for 300 I kids to feed and bills to pay and they do this to me.
