  My father was telling me he was frustrated with his "other" bank because he the drive thru lanes were always closed or backed up. He also did not like the way they treated him when he had questions or concerns, so I recommended Bank of the James. He moved all of his accounts over and is so happy to have "good customer service" again!

  I learned of this bank through a friend of mind and love it. The employees are all very friendly and outgoing. They're very thorough and make you feel like family. Best bank ever!

  Adele and Lisa are always very helpful when you have a problem and need help with something.. love this branch.. Shirley and Jared is great to.. I would rather come to this branch then some of the other!
