  After a total-loss house fire in July 202, Jessica Collins was our expert mortgage advisor who assisted us with our re-fi after our re-build was certified in July 2021. Our previous company, who I will not name, was not responsive and one step took 8 calls. We had an opposite experience with Jessica Collins and her Apex Home Loam team! I had trouble keeping up with her! She was efficient, professional, amiable, and reliable. And then…. I got to meet her in person- wow! So much fun! Thank you, Jessica!
