Missy Biggs1I call the center to get my vehicle loan payoff. I'm told after paying for two years on my loan that my payoff isn't even half of the amount borrowed. What?! It's only a 3 year loan.
Response from the ownerHi Missy, thank you for your feedback. We have shared your question with our Experience team for further investigation and follow up. We do appreciate your membership!

Halo Bender1The whole idea of being a credit union is shared branch banking. These people asked me why i still dealt with them... I ask myself the same question every time I have to deal with them. 30 years ago this credit union was great but they now put the members dead last. I do not like this credit union it was much better when it was the N&W railroad credit union. Managers and everyone who work there never stay long. AVOID THIS OUTFIT, CHANCES ARE YOU WILL HAVE CONCERNS.SUCH AS I HAVE HAD.

peace _gamz3I only give a 3 due to a certain teller there the company as a whole I like I spend Over700 a month for my two vehicles through a Loan with them my newest vehicle I got.a Great rate I do not like getting a hard time when I don't have my account number. And chose to give my social being told that I NEED to have it next time and that I NEED to remember it bc it hold up the line is crazy if typing in 10 numbers vs 5 numbers takes them so much longer then they probbly should not have a job that involves typing never had any issues in past with any other branch or teller
Response from the ownerThank you for the review, Ms Lopez. We have notified the retail center of your concerns. Please know that your security is of the utmost importance to Member One. Thus, we prefer members share account numbers with us as opposed to social security numbers that other people could overhear. Also, if a member has multiple accounts, the account number ensures money is being deposited or withdrawn from the correct account. Again, our goal is to keep your identity secure and provide accurate service to you. Thank you again for voicing your concerns.

Joslyn Gantt1I love the people here..they go out of their way to help in any way possible. The comment I made a few weeks ago was true in that moment..but this week things have changed and I feel frustrated by the many different people and departments I have dealt with especially today..no one has been able to help, each employee has a different answer and I have had great standing with the bank..but today I am treated like I do not matter..😔
Response from the ownerWow, thank you so much, Joslyn! We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass it along to our Fairlawn team. It is our pleasure to provide our members with excellent service. Thank you again for your 5-star review and for your membership!
