  Melisa Parrish is an excellent mortgage lender, we feel lucky to have had her guide us through our home buying process. Melissa did an excellent job getting us a fantastic rate. We spoke to multiple lenders and she was absolutely the most aggressive about getting us the lowest rate with the lowest fees.   I tried to get a mortgage through my credit union with whom I've banked for 31 years. It was a negative experience. They were unresponsive and offered me a shameful APR given my application information and finances. In frustration, I contacted a friend who recommended Melissa saying that she is the only lender he will use and recommend. I wholeheartedly agree. This is my story. We got the first email on June 16 from our realtor on the house we purchased, toured it that afternoon, and made an offer the next morning. I had already been working with my CU, was pre-approved, and updated them on my offer. They behaved as if they were the customer and advised me to discuss with my realtor getting an addendum as they were currently "at 45 to 60 day closings." That was on Friday, June 19. On Tuesday, June 23 I asked my friend for help, he recommended Melissa at 8:23 AM and I spoke with her at 8:55 AM. Rarely was I able to speak to the loan officer at my CU; her voicemail wasn't working and she sporadically responded to emails. Melissa and her team were and are exceptional. Their technology is easy to use to provide them with the information, documentation, and electronic signatures that are required. They responded to every single email, text message, and voicemail message. In a transaction like this where good communication is critical, Melissa and her team set the standard very high. We closed on Monday, July 20 with no problems - 19 working days duration (excluding July 4 holiday). Our realtor had said before that he had never seen an interest rate like I was expecting from my CU in his career. Melissa beat it! The escrow officer and branch manager of the title company remarked several times at closing how low was my interest rate. Your interest rate may vary depending on your financial situation. However, I would expect that your experience with Melissa and her team would be identical. Their professionalism is consistent. She will work to get you the best rate available. If you complete your tasks expediently, her team will do the same. Can it get any better than this? Like my friend, I will only use Melissa moving forward. I suggest that you consider doing the same.

  I have used Melissa personally multiple times and professionally countless times, and she is the best. Being in the business, I have a lot of top professionals to choose from, and I use her. She is always on top of it, and usually multiple steps ahead. She is very communicative on what is going on, and what the next steps are so you are always in the loop. I highly recommend Melissa and her team.

  Melissa and her assistant Morgan were amazing! They were so helpful every step of the way and told us exactly what we needed to do through the mortgage process. This was super helpful in buying our first home. Melissa was able to lock us in at an amazing interest rate and Morgan was so organized and on top of things that it made it so much easier than anyone prepped us for. We will use these guys for life!

  I shopped around with 4 different lenders and once my realtor Scott Robbins referred me to Melissa everything got much easier. Melissa was by far the easiest to work with, most knowledgeable and upfront about what I could and could not do with my loan. I had previously been prequalified for a much bigger lon a couple months prior and she didn’t beat around the bush to say it had dropped because of the interest rates. Her honestly was exactly what I was looking for. Start to finish she made the whole process a cake walk and when it came to closing she was there for our signing and even brought along a little gift. I can’t thank her enough and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
