  Outstanding. I just finished the purchase of my second home and didn't hesitate for a second to call Matt for the financing. A little story from my first experience with purchasing a home. Back in 2017, I was shopping for my first house and needed to adjust some of my down payment amounts and get an idea of how much the new mortgage payment would be on a different house. Matt was in another state at a funeral. Called me anyway to work the numbers out so I could make a choice on whether or not to put down an offer. Outstanding service.

  Matt and his team are amazing! I'm an independent contractor, which makes financing a house more difficult, but Matt is incredibly resourceful and works incredibly hard to make financing a reality. I've used him twice already for home purchases and will absolutely use him again and again.

  Matt and his team went above and beyond in making sure everything went smoothly! Had some issues with out of state wire transfers and he went out of his way on a Friday to make sure everything got sorted, would definitely recommend intercap and Matt!

  Hi, I wanted to share some great feedback for Intercap. I am an Aussie living in Utah for 1.5 years, I wanted to jump on thr property growth wagon instead of continuing my rental. I approached a main Utah bank with whom I bank with, got assigned a case manager and was given delays, poor responses and requests for the same items I already sent every few days. My real estate suggested Intercap, i was hesitant as typically Real Estate agents have the sale as their goal and not the little items like rates etc. But i connected with the branch manager Matt Barrett, gave me confidence in my situation and the deadline of my property so I went for it. Got pre-approval very quickly and had very quick responses and what docs were needed to keep it going. Matt Barrett and Anika Pendleton were a dream team and got the loan through with any updates I needed as a worried Expat. Matt also called up through the process crunched some numbers and suggested my partner pay down their credit card for a better debt ratio. Reason was to then seek a rescore of her credit and have us enter a healthier combined bracket, what we paid in credit we had reduced on our origination fee(2500) and then had a monthly reduction on our payment of $167 this goes along way and was something I am thankful for! Summary -- go through Intercap and ask for Matt and Anika, you won't be disappointed!
