  Melanie, Kevin, and their team is awesome! The process was amazingly smooth. They kept us up to date in email, text, calls and video mails. It was such a personalized experience. I felt like I was their only client, but I know I am not their only one. Melanie was able to anticipate my questions and needs many times before I knew what I wanted to ask.   Working with Melanie was an absolute breeze. She's amazing at communicating and explains things very thoroughly. She's always happy to answer any questions that pop up, sometimes even answering us right away when we e-mailed her late in the evening and didn't expect a reply until the next day! You can tell she has your best interests at heart and does everything she can to make the process seamless, especially for first time home buyers. We would recommend her & her team a million times over!

  Melanie was so helpful and wonderful to work with. Where many places we had tried in the past made it seem like they don’t think of you as people, just numbers; she was very thorough and personable to speak with. We truly believe we would not be able to buy our first home (especially in this market) if it wasn’t for her. She took the time to thoroughly make sure all information was correct, get us the best rates possible, and explain all paperwork to make sure we understood everything before we signed; all while always being friendly and conscious of the short timeline we were on.
