  As a Realtor, it’s imperative that I choose a Lender who will take great care of my clients. Brad Sneckner with MegaStar is my go-to for this reason. Lenders are very busy people and are under a lot of pressure a lot of the time. I personally need a Lender who is very responsive that I can really speak with, if need be. Brad manages to be very attentive and thorough with my clients and myself every step of the way no matter how busy he gets. Brad naturally possesses the characteristics that make a Lender truly great at their job: he is honest, reliable, and diligent. Brad gets things done smoothly, while being communicative, while having the clients best interest (no pun intended) at heart. I trust Brad very much and I have learned there probably isn’t a more important feeling when working with a Lender than that. I am truly grateful that he is a part of my team.   Brad Sneckner was an amazing lender and helped me to realize what would be an affordable payment while also still affording a comfortable living style. In my initial interaction with Brad, he was forthright and open about everything, he helped me to understand what I should be looking for when it came to buying homes, as this was my first time buying. He also never pressured me into rushing toward buying and signing any documents. We met three-four months before I was even ready to buy a home, and he helped me to prepare for when I would be ready. When I was ready and got my pre-approval amount, for every house that I was interested in, Brad would personally take the time to calculate the amount of each house tell me what the monthly costs would be for the mortgage as well as any other costs from such as my student loans, the taxes in that area, and several other factors. He worked with me to find what would be too much for my monthly payments and what would be affordable and not leave me mortgage poor. He never once made me feel like I was taking up his time or asking stupid questions, always quick to respond and polite with his answers. Can not recommend Brad enough for everything he helped me with in achieving my very first home.

  In all my 50+ years, I have never met a person who better defines the phrase "Customer Service" I first met Brad 6-7 years ago, when he did an auto loan for me, His commitment to making the process seamless and believe it or not... even "Enjoyable" was beyond refreshing.... My recent experience doing a re-fi with him, was even better... He is simply amazing when it comes to customer service, Words alone can't describe how great he is to deal with!!!
