  I have all my personal and business accounts with Med 5. I love this bank, they go above and beyond for all their clients. This is a bank that when you walk in all the staff knows you, and happily greets you. I highly recommend this bank for personal and business accounts. They are also amazing at vehicle loans, residential and commercial housing loans, construction loans, and personal loans. Best Credit Union in Rapid City!

  We love Med5! There's a sense of personability and community to it that makes it fun to stop by. Everyone learned my name quickly and the smart, positive vibe of the work culture there comes across when you walk in. They've done great work in every dealing we've had with them. Something is going very right there and I highly recommend doing business with them.

  I found the staff at the west Rapid City branch to be unfriendly, rude, slow, and unhelpful. Med 5 allowed unauthorized access to my funds on several occasions costing me substantial amounts of money. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

  This credit union really is like home to me. The customer service is wonderful and I truly feel welcome when I walk in. The services they offer are amazing. I had issues with my debit card and they printed a new one for me right on the spot. There was no waiting for 2 weeks for a replacement it was really convenient.

  This bank truly feels like a family. Everyone knows me by name, they are always there for my lending needs, and they have a great variety of services. The new building is legit! (coffee shop with amazing coffee and food) Go here if you're tired of being treated like nothing more than an account number!

  Best Credit Union in Rapid City. They always have the best rates in town and amazing credit cards with super low rates and no fees! Anyone can and should be a member if you aren't already. Great Staff and their new branch has a Coffee Shop, what else do you need!

  I've been a Med 5 member for over 30 years. Never thought of not doing my banking here. Always treated like a friend and someone they know by my first name. When I need financing, advice, I rely on them as a partner in financing about anything. Super people all the time.
