  As usual, the process of taking a car to a dealership for routine maintenance was a pleasure at McNeill Chevrolet Buick. Everyone is friendly, cheerful, and most of all helpful. I was there for a simple oil change, but they took my car in right away, did the oil change, did an inspection for potential problems, gave me a list of concerns to consider in up-coming months, and even did a great wash of the exterior. Oh, and let's not forget the coupon discount for the whole process. What a deal!

  This is going to be a long story but one worth telling. I was on my way to Charlie's dodge in maumee to buy a vehicle i had been dealing with them for two days on when they called and said they sold it. I was very mad and jumped off the turnpike in swanton and headed back towards home but had to get gas so went through swanton. Left the gas staion and saw a jeep wrangler setting out by the road at McNeil so i pulled in.it was 7:46 P.M. and i went inside to ask about it. I was greeted by Jeremiah the bullfrog. He was more than glad to show me the wrangler and let me test drive it. He also reminded me they close at 8 and may not be able to assist much more than a test drive. Well to my suprise when i returned he informed that he and whoever else needed to would stay and assist me. I drove out of the lot at 9 PM with my wrangler. This is a top notch salesman in a top notch dealership!! I would recommend this dealership and especially Jeremiah to anyone looking for a grat place to do business!!

  So with all the Chevy recalls, we have a 2013 Chevy Equinox that has no active recalls. The faults are loss of engine power. Seems they thought it was the sensor on the gas pedal and replaced it. Repairs were done in about 24 hours. Loaner car was given. Nice Chevy Cruse loaner. Service was friendly, remained in contact with you, letting you know the status all the way. Willing to listen to what you have to say, even from a woman driver. Very satisfied. However 36 hours later the same issue happened. So the ability to troubleshoot the issue may be relied upon the computer diagnostic equipment and not by old fashion troubleshooting. But that is a product of relying on today’s technology and not thinking for ourselves anymore. Again, called and let them know I was bringing the car back and they were great with having the loaner car ready so I could get to work. They stated they would keep me informed. Very professional and will continue to have them as my car dealership.

  As a single woman, I dreaded calling ANY dealer for help with a windshield sprayer problem. When Matt, in Service, answered the phone, I told him since I don't know about these things, I understand if he needs to talk down to me. Matt interrupted me and said....'I would NEVER do that'. I explained what was going on and how my sprayer motor was running but it wasn't coming out. I asked for a quote to fix it. He said...'Come in and I will take care of it.' I finally made it in. Matt was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel like an inconvenience and he showed me what he was doing in case it happened again. He showed me several simple things about my car. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. Matt in service went above and beyond for someone who has been taken advantage of my other dealerships. He gave me the ability to trust someone in the industry. I live in Sylvania and work in Swanton, but for all my future service issues, I will be going to McNeill. Thanks for everything Matt! Five stars isn't enough for the service you gave me.

  I love coming to McNeill's. Scott and Andy in the service department always take great care of my family. They keep me well informed I would never take my car anywhere else for service. I have a Chevy dealership five minutes from my house and I will always continue to make the drive to Swanton I trust no one else with my cars. Thank you again to the service department also Bob in parts and Rose at the front everyone is always friendly and with a smile. I appreciate the feeling of knowing my cars I put my children in are well cared for and trust their safety to get me to point A to B.

  Always courteous and knowledgeable service. Can always count on the service dept to go above and beyond to resolve any and all problems that we have with our vehicles. They always treat you like family. We will continue to go to the dealership for all our automotive needs.

  the wait was long but it was do to computer and the link to my Chevy once you fix that it will be all good
