  From the start Eric and Rebecca were extremely helpful with the purchase of our new home.   Team McMahon did a great job on my refinance. They found me a great rate on my mortgage. We went from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage with only a slight increase in our monthly payments. Everything went really smoothly. They were always available to answer all of my questions and walk me through everything. Highly recommended!

  We refinanced our mortgage through the McMahon Mortgage Team at First Centennial and couldn’t have been more pleased. We lowered our mortgage interest rate by a full point saving us thousands and we never had to leave the comfort of our home to do it. The online application was the easiest I’ve ever filled out, all of our questions were answered immediately, and when it came time to close the appointment was held at my dining room table! I’d recommend to anyone and personally use no one else. Great job Team McMahon and thank you.

  I recently bought my first home. I had called a few places about getting a pre-approval before I talked to Rebecca and Eric at First Centennial. All the places I talked to before them were not very helpful. Team McMahon asked a lot of questions to make sure they had all the information to get me pre-approved and approved after I found a home. Throughout the whole process they were always there to answer any question. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful process and easy one. I would highly recommend Team McMahon at First Centennial.

  Team McMahon was an excellent resource in helping us to refinance our home during this time of historically low rates. Rebecca could not have been more responsive or helpful in facilitating us through the application process and through choosing the best refinance option for our family. Their online portal made an otherwise tedious process seem easy and straightforward and helped us get from application to underwriting in just a few days! It did take some time to make it through the full process but that's due to the overall very high volume of new and refinance loans at this time - I can only imagine how long it would have taken working without such a helpful team.   I called a few banks and worked with other Refi teams to see if made sense to refinance my home, but every time I called they were all cryptic and didn't provide the information I needed. I decided to put in on hold until a spoke with a friend who referred me to Rebecca. From the very start to the very end she was incredibly helpful and informative. Played with an exhaustive list of different scenarios I wanted to explore and throughout the whole process Rebecca would run through each one. I even had an issue with my bank and emailed them to see what I could do to circumvent, and within minutes received a call from Julissa who was also incredibly helpful! In the end they met and exceeded every one of my expectations. A great team all around from a customer service perspective to competitive rates. This is the team to work with! Felt like I was working with a friend the entire time.
