  We had the pleasure of working with Al and his wonderful team. From the first call to Al to get preapproved for a mortgage to closing on our new home, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism. Al put us in contact with Crystal who handled the majority of our loan processing. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly! She took numerous calls and emails from us and was very patient and the nicest person to work with. She said they would get the job done, and they did in record time and were so easy to work with! We also worked with Sarah for underwriting and she was very helpful as well. We highly recommend this team for any of your mortgage needs! Thank you, Al and team!

  I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Al and his team. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions about the loan process and what to expect. They were always quick to respond and helped everything go through smooth. Even after the closing they've still been available and have been following up just to make sure everything is going well with the new place and to send updates about the market.

  All I can say is wow. From the moment I called asking about financing my new home it felt like they cared. Al and his team made everything so easy. They updated me throughout the entire experience. We everything approved and ready weeks prior to our closing date. Ask for Al and his team will make it great.

  I had a great experience with purchasing my first home. The process was quick and easy to understand w/ the help of Al Frederickand staff. They gave great references for home insurance providers and lawyer. I felt at ease during the whole process.

  Al does such great work and knows his business. He worked with me and my son on both our home purchases as well as a good friend of mine. He even gave advise to my sister who lives out of state which helped her to set things in place to buy her home. This I defanately the guy to go to for you mortgage needs!

  Al's knowledge and passion for the mortgage industry, along with his customer service is what truly sets him apart from the rest. He was referred to my wife thru another family member over 10 years ago and has since helped us get the best rate on a mortgage and 2 different Re-Fi's thru his expert analysis. He is the ONLY person we call for our lending needs and we've gone on to refer him to other friends and family...because he's simply the best at what he does!

  Al’s team was great from day one, they were very helpful and flexible with getting everything handled in a timely manner. My wife and I have a very tight schedule and they were able to accommodate that and get us to our closing on time. Recommend them 100%.
