  To the question of refinancing, Jessica answered every question in a knowledgeable manner. For questions where clarification were needed, with a smile, she graciously "picked up" the phone to seek the right answer. I was very impressed with her effectiveness, efficiency and quality in the provision of "above and beyond care". Now that's customer service! Thank you, Jessica and "keep up" the excellent provision of care that you provide to members of McCoy Federal Credit Union.

  They use a horrible third party bill pay service. I spent 3 hours between customer service and bill pay (of course it's not the same phone tree even) and neither knows anything about the other. They locked my account for trying to set up a deposit that exceeded some mystery limit. Member services couldn't access bill pay to even see or change the limit so here is a back and forth where both parties are completely useless. Also the app is no good. Maybe 1 in 10 checks will accept as mobile deposit so you have to go to the branch anyway.

  Jasmine is awesome !! She's friendly , attentive, very knowledgeable, and always eager to help. She is personable and professional and makes you feel comfortable and welcome no matter the reason for the visit. The entire staff at McCoy Lake Nona is fantastic, they make banking easy !! That's why I don't mind going into the branch. It's a pleasure not a chore. It's like it should be.

  What a great experience I had with my Mother in the midst of a difficult circumstance. My Father opened an account with McCoy Federal in 1986 and did his banking with them until his sudden death in January 2021. We live in Brevard County and I recently took my Mother to their Lake Nona branch to deposit life insurance as well as notify the bank of his death. Carmen was there to help us and walked us through the steps needed to proceed. She was gracious, patient, compassionate, and understanding. Carmen went above and beyond to ensure an easy transition to include adding me to the account. The teller we worked with was so helpful and explained the process of the business we were conducting with her. At each phase of the process and with each person we interacted with, they expressed their condolences for the loss we experienced and made us feel very comfortable with the reassurances that they would take care of everything we needed. I am very grateful to Carmen and the Lake Nona branch for their kindness and patience while helping us through a very difficult time.

  I received exceptional service at McCoy with Jasmine McCrimon. She was beyond attentive and went above and beyond to help me out when refinancing my car. I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed and can also attest that there is no better bank in Lake Nona than McCoy Federal... especially if you ask for Mrs. McCrimon. They are so polite, helpful and will give outstanding customer service.
