  I was forced to go into the lobby because BoA decided to close their drive thru. One teller was assisting customers while three associates were just chatting in the corner. Horrible customer service. Planning to close both my business and personal account asap.

  Worst bank in Orlando by far. Half decent staff but slower then government workers. Getting something done here is the just as painful as smashing your pinky toe on the coffee table.

  This place is ridiculously SLOW! Never more then ONE teller. The manager can see a line to door and will NOT ever help or send help. I’ve had to leave the line several times bc of this. It’s incredibly inconvenient.

  Incompetent morons. One teller handling all walk-ins. I asked about a cashiers check to someone at a counter who referred me to the one teller. When I approach the counter, I was given a slip to fill out and had to wait some more. When I asked the person at the desk about not offering the form, she said she didn’t have any which were located literally feet away!

  I forgot her name but she was the nicest teller I ever met inside. She made me feel very important and was a great associate. She asked what name I preferred to be called and was very helpful . THANK YOU SO MUCH🌞

  Im here as I type this and have been waiting for 1.5hrs for a simple replacement card. The line is backed up till the door and there still is only 1 teller working. Worse management ever seen.

  Very Bad Bank, not only that their English is hard to understand but they won't notarize an English Document.. this is AMERICA In addition I went to deposit money and their machine broke down.. My point is that this bank sucks Many more problems with this specific location

  Enda and Annete either outright lied to me or don't know bank policy. I wanted to deposit a couple of checks that were for me. Something that I have done for hundreds of times they made a big deal out of it. Heck, even the ATM could do the transition without so much hassle.

  Lines are always long. You can never have quick service. We all do not have 45mns to waste at the bank. Hire more people.

  They never have more than a single teller handling the inside and drive-thru. It takes more than 20 minutes to make a business cash deposit.
