Michelle Goodman1Worst Bank ever! 1st teller trying cash my check for more than the $20 I wrote check for and was charged a NSF FEE for. 2nd they tried telling me I can't deposit rolled coun into my Accout! 3rd they tried placing a hold on my account for another customers check! Last everytime I go threw drive threw ask for a checking deposit slip they send the tube back to me empty!!!

Ronnie Lightsey1My mother and father passed away and I called the bank to close the account. They told me I had to get a session done to be able to close it. We did the simple session and filed with the court. We brought it to them and they said it's not good enough there was something missing. So I asked what was missing and they didn't know. Sounds like they are running us around in circles. I would never advise anyone to deal with this bank.

adam france1Horrible bank,I am a public accountant that just called to obtain the Bank's Employee Identification Number in order to complete a tax return. The most substantial dialogue I received from 9 different employees was "Hold On" as I was transferred all over the bank. Not one knew what an EIN even is much less what the EIN for the bank is. Absolutely ridiculous

STEVEJR BUG2Mc bank needs a good banking /online loan payment option I don't have a checking or savings with them for that reason but I do have a loan with them sucks I have to mail or pay in person I live in abbeville now

Myriam Manuel5It is an excellent bank with very good attention from the staff, they sent me my debit card very quickly if they gave me many checks without any extra charge. 2 weeks ago they tried to clone my card and we went to the bank to ask. They canceled that charge and sent me another new card.
