  I have personally done business with 1st Franklin’s Morgan City’s office for nearly two decades. The entire team represents the highest customer service levels I have experienced. Information is always accurate, clear, and detailed. The turn-around time is swift, and the process is seamless from start to finish. Although I now live in the Lafayette area, I continue to do business with this office. I have always put my trust in the ladies to make the best decisions for not only me but also my family. As soon as my son turned 18, I brought him there to begin establishing his credit, and as always, it was a great experience. The personal support and hometown appeal make this location the BEST! I genuinely feel like family and not just another customer. I would recommend them unreservedly.

  We have been clients of 1st Franklin for about 10 years now. Mrs. Pat, Ricki, Romona, Kimberly && the other ladies have always been super friendly and more than willing to help in anyway they can to get you what you need. Always approved in the same day and check in hand. We couldn’t ask for a better loan company in our area with such great Employees to work with. Thanks for always helping when in need!   The ladies who run the Morgan City branch are exceptional. Everyone is always so friendly, experienced, eager to help and their customer service is top notch! For many years now I have dealt with this branch for personal assistance, as well as business relations(State Farm) and I highly recommend their financial services to everyone!

  We have dealt with the Morgan City Office for a few years now and has never had any issues with them. They have always been very pleasant to us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Good group of ladies for sure.

  ALL the staff at First Franklin in Morgan City is AWESOME!! They know who we are as soon as we walk in the door! Everyone is so polite there and always says, "Let us know if you need more moneyyy!!" We have done business with them for years, and will continue to do so! LOVE our First Franklin family ♥️
