Brittany Vidos3It would be 5 star, except for the fact that they need people working the drive thru. Every time I go through it, there is like a 30-45 minute wait. 10-15 I can understand, but this is ridiculous.

John Wickel1ZERO STARS!! HORRIBLE BANK AND AWFUL MANAGER. The bank closed my account without my knowledge or consulting me. It took 3 weeks to get checks cleared and at the end the the fraud department closed my account. DO NOT bank here

Deanna Orgeron Bagwell1I still don't understand why or what is going on with this bank! My husband passed away on a Friday, my best friend told me to go the very next morning to the atm and draw out what ever I could. Why I asked , she said just because. So Saturday morning she called and said did u go to the bank , no I said. She told me again to go and draw out whatever I could. So I did and I drew out $500 . Sunday comes and I go back but the atm tells me invalid use of a access card. Monday I go make arrangements at the funiral home. Tuesday I go to social security office to report his passing because he was on disability. I leave there go to the bank . I ask them why can't I use my husband's bank card and I explained what had happened she looks in the computer and said his account is frozen. I'm like why would it be frozen ? Oh probably because the obituary was seen . I said no mam he didn't have a obituary. Well probably social security office called . I said no mam I just reported his passing then came straight here. Oh well someone must have called. I said wait so I can call y'all and say Jane Dow passed and y'all just close the account. She couldn't give me any information because I wasn't on the account but I did have my marriage license but not good enough. I was getting statements from the bank and they was charging his account a montly fee. I called and asked how could they charge for a account that is frozen. Lady looks and said it wasn't frozen. I called the main branch and they said they didn't know what or why and couldn't dicuse anything with me. 😔😔😔😔😔😔
