  John worked on a refi for my rental property and did an outstanding job. Answered all my questions very quickly and service with a personnel touch. Most importantly, the turn around time from beginning to end was roughly 4-5 weeks to signing.

  MAV mortgage, and John V. specifically, have provided excellent customer service for two of my loans (the loan for my home purchase and now my refinance of that home). Each time he has been great. He answers questions very clearly and is able to distill complex financial and legal aspects of the process into understandable language. He doesn't have a problem answering simple questions either. Super patient, on top of it when he needs to be, and troubleshoots like he's been there before (because he has). Let him guide you through your mortgage or refi decisions. You won't regret it. Seriously, John's the man.
