  Can we talk about Maureen Helm for a minute? It took me nearly 9 months and 7 offers to finally “win” my new home. Maureen put in more work than either of my realtors combined, to get me under contract. She was always reachable. I would text her while at an open house on the weekend, and she would work numbers for me within 15 minutes. She is extremely knowledgeable. She informed me of all of my loan options and always explained what certain fees mean. She always made sure the loan worked in my favor and we made adjustments to ensure I was getting the best deal each time we had a new property to start with. If I could have given her the closing commission instead, I would have with no hesitation. Even since closing, she has reached out to see how we are doing. Other members of my family have trusted Maureen and her team for years and her expertise and reliability has remained consistent. Best of the best, in my experience.

  Maureen and her team are awesome. They work diligently and were on top of every process necessary to get my requested services performed. I have had the pleasure of utilizing her expertise for both buying a home and then refinancing my home. Both times I have been very satisfied with her work and one of the many things I was very happy about is the fact that she always had answer to any question I had through the process.   Very unprofessional. Rude. Insincere in conversation. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was bad. Even afterward when we called the office number, the person who answered grunts into the phone, doesn’t even say hello & identify themselves. Really unprofessional. Can not recommend. There are more respectful offices in the area.

  Maureen and her team are the best we've encountered! They got us qualified and funded for our new home faster than we could ever imagine. It was exciting and nail-biting through but her team took the time to answer ever one of our crazy questions and explained what was coming next and what to expect. We love our new home and we thank God first for it and also Maureen and her Team at Guaranteed Rate! Thank you so much!

  Very smooth, stressless, and extremely fast service by Maureen and her team. I had bought a house a few years ago and it was a horrible nightmare and closing almost didn’t happen due to delays in the lender. I had the complete opposite experience with Maureen. Absolutely no stress, and she walked me through multiple options of obtaining my end goal. Very knowledgeable. Would use again, will recommend to friends. Thanks!!!!
