  Josh and his team were amazing! Carly always made sure we stayed on track and although we had a few ups and downs (not with Goodwin) they jumped in to help make it right and made sure we got into our home. The service they provide is simply unbeatable - any calls or messages we made or left were answered right away and they never left us wondering! He had access to an amazing down payment assistance program, and he spent time finding the best mortgage product for me. Underwriting and Carley asked for documentation that seemed standard and reasonable, and they never asked for documents to be resent endless times (like other lenders). Carley was professional, kind, and assisted me with budgeting home insurance. Josh and his team prepared me for each step of the process. I would highly recommend Josh for mortgage services.
