  I am rating my interaction with Ian today at 5 stars. Ian quickly and methodically appraised my new edition Nixon dive watch and although I took a loss I was satisfied with our transaction. I really appreciate the Aloha Spirit he carries himself with as well.

  Michael and Richard and Allen helped us with a couple of transactions and they made them essentially hassle-free. I felt we were treated fairly by a team that seemed to work well together. We were treated to bottled waters, we didn’t have to wait long, and everybody was courteous. We will definitely do business there again! Thanks!

  First time at this pawn shop and next time I’m in Maui I definitely will come back. The shop itself was beautiful and everything was nicely organized. Michael was super helpful and helped me out in buying a gorgeous ring. Will definitely come back here next time I’m in Hawaii!

  My first time in the store. Diana was professional, helpful, and cordial. I was surprised to see an Ipu gourd there, reasonably priced. I've been looking for one for a long time. The store is very nice...clean and well set up.

  Kevin Saiki you're the best, thank you for all your help and the young man sitting at the front desk with the glasses, he also assisted me very well. Unfortunately, the lady I've had the opposite experience with, lately. Hard, brash and no wiggle room or negotiating.... thank you kindly, to all and Richard the Owner....

  Excellent service from a sweet Filipino Woman Clerk. She is a very good worker. She is a Professional. Should receive a raise from her Boss. A valuable asset to the Pawn Shop.

  This place was awesome! It’s located in Wailuku next to a sporting goods store. Not only do they have a wonderful staff (Michael Segal was the one who helped me out) but they also have some really cool audio equipment and instruments. The thing that sold me was the price and condition of the item bought. I would definitely pop in here again to see what else I can find.

  A big bright store with great items. I come here to buy gifts for my family & friends because they have such a huge variety of products. Jewelry, musical instruments, electronics, special items, art and much more. The staff is very helpful and great to talk with. If you have someone who is hard to shop for, this place has that kind of unique stuff.
