  If I could keep this star and not give this guy the satisfaction of a star I would. He is a shark! I went in there with a $3,500 ring and he said that he didn't want to go above $700 then said sure $1000. Fortunately I didn't have to take the offer. So this week I thought maybe I would get rid of the ring and he said $400. FOR A $3,500 ring perfect clarity and shape. He even admitted the worth. I guess when you are only in the business to swindle and take advantage of people that's what you do. I did want to see if maybe I was the one who was taking this the wrong way, and I went to other dealers. When I told them that I went to this creep, they both (I went to two more shops) were like "Oh God NO DON'T GO TO HIM!" The other smiled and said "unfortunately some people are here only to help themselves, not their neighbor." So I did get very fair offers at Treasure Imports (their staff is top notch and very kind) and also from First National Pawn I think the lady I spoke with is Brady, and she sent me to Treasure Imports. I will be for sure giving them as many stars and recommendations as possible. This guy say he's in the ocean on Saturdays and Sundays, one can only hope he meets up with a shark like him!   WOW! Customer service in a nice clean shop. The clerk was very professional researched the price while I awaited, I felt more like a guest than a customer. He gave me a bottle of water as soon as I got to the counter, very welcoming. The customer service was fantastic. They have there own parking lot at the end of the block, that was really convinient. The price on my diamond ring they offered was the highest I was offered.the price on the Rolex was higher than three other shops I went to. This was a great experience. bigrich the boss was a real great guy. He gave me the tour of all the kamaaina loan stores on market street.His "flagship" retail store at the corner of N market

  I needed help to pay unexpected bills and have never been in a pawn shop before so I didn't know what to expect. I never imagined that it was completely customer service oriented. They were very nice and extremely professional. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, as they offered me a bottle of water right from the get go. I got out the jewelry I wanted to loan and they took a look at it. They asked me how much I needed and told me they would work with me. I got out the pieces I brought and they had a look. The pieces that the man looked at were almost enough so they asked if I had something else to loan. I had my ipod with a Bose speaker in the car and they offered to take a look at that. I went and got them and the guy checked them out and told me I would be getting the cash I need. What a relief. I was thrilled to get the cash for my bills and be able to come back and pick up my stuff. Anyone who needs cash right away, this is a good place to go. I highly recommend this pawn shop if you need help. Whether you have been to a pawn shop or not, they make you feel welcome and important. This is the good customer service that am talking about. Turned out to be a nice surprise for me, hopefully for you too.

  I went to this shop today and I was really surprised at what they had offered me. I had a lot of valuables that were handed down to me from generations and generations. I good friend of mine recommend these guys and I thought sure why not stop by and give them a try. When u got there the guys at the counter werected really friendly and asked what I needed help with. I went there with a couple rings rather than everything just to see the process. I was really surprised at what he offered me and I was also super stoked that the transaction took all but of 5 minutes and left with a few hundred dollars more than I expected. My next trip to town I will be bringing more stuff. They also told me to stop by anytime and check out their other storesources that have tools sporting goods jewelry and electronic kine things. DEFINITELY WORTH A SHOT for you to stop by. No pressure.

I want to tell you to stay away from these imitators who lose and mistreat your property, give lousy prices and deal in stolen goods. But you can see for yourself. They hide and are very secretive. Kamaaina Loan is a fully bonded and insured pawn shop and own the only privately owned bonded warehouse on Maui. I appreciate my customers and we are loyal to them. I believe and so do my customer’s that we are the only Pawn Shop on Maui. Kamaaina Loan is a community involved and work hand in hand with law enforcement. Kamaaina Loan has been open for 41 years on Maui because I love what I do. Kamaaina Loan stores are bright easy to find and our own customers parking lot is at the corner of Market and Vineyard.
