  I've been to many title companies and Matz is usually my go to title company. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgable. There are sometimes hiccups and unforeseen issues which arise on your way to settlement, but the Matz staff will work with you to get the job done.

  I handle commercial real estate for a large national firm. When it comes to my personal holdings I am picky.   Matz Land Transfer does a very professional of closing mortgage loans and real estate transfers. Their staff knew the answers to all my questions, They returned phone call within hours and their attention to detail was remarkable. My closing went smoothly and quickly. I was especially pleased that answers to my question were easily understandable.
