Copier Fax for 3 months could not fulfill the "new copier" lease so DeLage Landen has chosen to hold my business hostage for 1 year on an automatic renewal clause with the "old copier".

I have spoken to in a long time. He was professional and friendly at the same time. i wish more were like him. Thank you!

sally caputo1This company is so unprofessional. Our small firm leased a printer/copier and they stated that the quality would be professional and replace our need to outsource expensive printing projects. Once we acquired the copier it had numerous problems and we had technicians in our office trying to fix it over and over. They technicians even said that the company refurbishes old equipment and states that it is new. One of our sponsors (a big tech company) told us we could not use documents from this machine for external use because the color is so off that it changes the integrity of their logo. We had to outsource the work again spending thousands. When I called the owner to request that the machine be replaced as we can not use it, he berated me and was abusive and unprofessional. Our CEO called and the same treatment was given to him. The printer has been sitting in our office now for 5 years untouched. They refuse to pick it up and are suing us for over $8K for the remainder of the lease. Bad people, bad products, bad experience.

Susan Anderson1Very expensive and they partner with unreliable service companies like Les Olson Company. This machine at the end of the contract will have costed my company over $18,000.00. AND we can not even get the printer serviced in a timely manner. We are a small company with a print total of less than 5K pages a month. We have at times waited for more than 4 working days to get service on the machine. I just called and they said their response time will be 3 days. Considering my legal options now. The gal that signed the contract was NOT an authorized manager in a position of authority to sign for our company, the service is terrible and Lessee Direct pricing is extremely over priced. ***Also, being an internet marketer I always pay attention to the reviews on companies. Please note some of the indicators on their reviews. 1. The positive reviews almost all have the same type of comment, thanking someone in the organization for their service. 2. Most the positive reviews are all from accounts with less than 5 reviews. 3. pay attention to the average number of reviews for all of the negative reviews. they are definitely NOT dummy accounts. 4. look at the timing of the reviews as well. Not a coincidence that their ratings start to drop and over a months time they get a ton of positive reviews. 5. look at the likes for the negative reviews vs the positive reviews. This verifies that Lessee Direct has a very negative sentiment among it's customers. This company is a scam through and through!

Jason Olsen1Worst company in history!!!! Avoid this company like the plague!!! I wish I could give no stars..... We had a printer lease that was bought out by these clowns. Not only would they not provide service for our leased device they would not let us out of the contract due to service issues. When our contract finally was set to expire it was auto-renewed with no warning. This was after sending a letter months before asking for the contract not to be renewed. We have been paying 140 dollars per month for a paper weight that does not work and there is no end in sight.
