  Matt was there with us every step of the way. Not only did he go above and beyond in explaining more complicated aspects of the process like the fluctuation in interest rates and how we can make informed decisions about rate locks, he even came to our closing meeting to help with any questions and share very valuable info that we, as new homeowners, wouldn't have thought to ask about. I can't say enough great things about the experience Matt provided and the level of interaction and engagement he maintained.

  Matt always made time to talk to us and go over things, even in evening hours or on weekends, which was really helpful. Even more so, Matt helped us see how we could dream big and pursue buying a new home even in our circumstances. We'd had no idea it would be possible to buy a new home without first selling our old one, but didn't want to sell our house first given the tight market, since we had very specific things we were looking for in a new home and knew it might take awhile. He walked us through our options and worked with us to secure the right financing for a fantastic house.
