      TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jamila Taylor helped us get a HELOC and i could not have been more impressed with the care and attention to details she provided us in this process. Like so many families, we had a couple of issues that could have been blockers, however we ended up with a great program and rates! Thanks again for the quality, professionalism, and integrity you brought to the table!

      I have been a member for 9 years. I have an auto loan here which I've never had problems with, the Tellers are always kind and I am always alerted if there is suspicious activity within my account. I do not like how long it takes to talk to someone on the phone which is why I give them 4 stars but other than that I've had no issues.

As far as how long it takes to speak to someone on the phone, we actually just implemented 24/7 call center support so calls will be answered in a more timely fashion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!       My husband passed away. He had a wife and 3 kids. He had $100 in his account because he financed a vehicle through here. They allowed me to sell the truck that was in his name because I couldn't afford the payment and when I asked for the balance of $100 in his savings and to close the account out they told me no. They said it had to go to court and open up probate which cost more than $100 to do. There was no will. I had an affadaivit notarized showing there is no money in the estate. Red Rocks never responded to me or followed up. Red Rocks kept the money for themselves. I would never ever do business with them again. Did not have this problem with any other bank or business. Beware!

      Red Rocks Credit Union is a terrific company to be associated with. I have had the good fortune of working with their amazing team, and cannot express enough the exceptional service they provide members. They have a courteous and knowledgable staff that are always a joy to work with. In every encounter I have had with Red Rocks staff, they are always looking for ways they can better serve their members. If there is one financial institution I would recommend over the rest, it is Red Rocks Credit Union!

      I was just in a branch, inquiring about a home equity loan. The teller was very sweet, but the individual that she brought me to talk to was pompous and rude. He was leaning back in his chair the whole time, like I was bothering him. He quoted me rates, which were reasonable, but when I asked about monthly payments, the numbers he gave were no where close to what I saw on the website before I stopped by. When I asked about the difference, he had no reason and made no effort to figure it out. He spoke to me like I had no idea about money, even though I told him I am an accountant when he asked if I was employed. I won’t be going back to this organization. Credit unions are supposed to be community focused and helpful but I feel the opposite is true and have been treated with much more respect at the giant conglomerate banks.

      I am not sure what is going on with Red Rocks but their customer service has gone down the toilet. We have used them for years for car loans as well as signature loans, savings and checking accounts. However lately whenever you need something people are out of the office and help takes hours, days, or even weeks!! We used them to compare mortgages last September and they didn't return phone calls so we went with someone else. Now they are telling us that only one particular person can help with an issue and she won't return to the office for 2 weeks! This is just unacceptable in a banking environment. We will be moving our accounts as soon as possible. We wanted to support the small local bank but not when it means our needs are completely unmet.

      I have banked at Red Rocks CU for years and years, 2 paid auto loans, checking and savings account and paid unsecured lines of credit. Today I tried to deposit a payroll check into my checking account from Maaco Auto Body and drawn on a Wells Fargo checking account for $300.00, the check was made payable to my daughter (same last as mine) and endorsed by my daughter to me. Red Rocks wouldn't accept the check at all! I didn't want to cash it or do cash back, I just wanted to deposit it into my checking account and make the funds available once it clears, and nope RRCU wouldn't do it. If this is how they treat their members, I revoke my membership. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE OR GIVE THEM ANY LOAN BUSINESS.

      I have banked with Red Rocks for over 15 years. Admittedly their service quality has gone down in that time, but individual employees make great efforts to compensate for bad company policies. More and more I have used their online banking services which were very convenient. However, they have just had a major downgrade to their website and it is now nearly useless. Activities that used to take a few clicks are now buried or unusable. Their bill-pay, which used to be compact and easy to use, is now glitzed up and useless. Online complaints have yielded only canned responses. I am now looking for a new bank/credit union.

      Exactly as John has stated. The website update was a miserable fail and is barely usable which means you have to call in for everything but they are too busy to answer on normal days and are closed on the weekends so how can anyone get anything done using this bank? That and there are a list of fees they charge where more than half of them are incredibly likely so definitely not worth banking with them if you have under $5,000. As soon as my loans are paid off I am probably going to be looking for a new bank.

      Horrible Service. They make the online banking so difficult that I get locked out of my account regularly. That in it self is not a big deal, but the problem is their call center has the same hours as the branch. Other financial institution that require resets via telephone have 24 hour support. So here it is Saturday morning, I'm doing my bills, and I'm locked out of my account and have no one to call. I try to reset my password via the website and it says "call the service center", but the service center is closed. This place stinks.
