  Annie went above and beyond for us, often making herself available last minute in the currently challenging real estate market. She was honest and transparent, always providing advice from multiple viewpoints. I also appreciated how quickly she worked and how easy she made it on our end, setting clear deadlines and timelines and often adapting to our preferred means of communication. At the the end, we felt taken care of and appreciated, way beyond a normal customers expectations.

  Annie at Bay Equity Loans was very knowledgeable, professional, & accessible throughout our three weeks before closing on our first home. We were pre-approved really quickly when we reached out to her in Early August of 2021, & when we put an offer on a home two weeks later she was able to communicate what WAS & WAS NOT important at that time when it came to the final amount of cash that was going to be expected at closing (because it wasn't set & stone, & they could change loan-types, give credits, etc., if for some reason we felt too tight on the amount of cash we were asked to bring). Annie also was great about keeping us calm with the funds we did have, and how to be careful not to "ruin" our loan, but also was very straight forward about the fact that it didn't need to be a high-anxiety topic, just don't finance a car or get a new credit card, etc.,

  I had such a positive experience with Annie Lemon when I first purchased my home. Not only is she a pleasure to work with, but she saved me an additional 1/8 % just before closing. 13-months after that closing, rates dropped and I sought her out to refinance. Annie was able to first offer me 1.375 % in interest savings. And again, just before closing, she was able to get me an even lower rate (an additional 0.125 % less). Overall, my rate dropped 1.5% and I highly recommend Annie Lemon!
