  Matt was so helpful during my mortgage process that I immediately referred him to my brother who was also in the market for a new home. My brother stopped working with his previous lender because Matt was so much more efficient and transparent. Matt knows the industry and he cares about you and getting the best mortgage for your situation. Not only that, he's quick and always available. Seriously, I could call him at any time and he would always pick up and have an answer. Underwriting was a breeze because Matt explained everything so well from the beginning. I've worked with lenders before where I was constantly sending documents back and forth, but with Matt, he knew what was needed right up front and made sure we covered all of our bases. I know it's a long ways out, but when I buy a home again, I'm absolutely going to Matt. Until then, I'll just recommend my friends and family in the meantime.

  After getting a pricey quote from a national online mortgage company I decided to give Matt a call. From the first time we spoke I knew that was the right move. He was always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; and he always had time to answer my questions whether it was day or night. He was able to to cut my closing costs by over 50% from the original quote I had from the other company, and by the end of the process I was simply referring to him as "Mr. Good News". He exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended.

  Matt went the extra mile to make sure I was in a loan program that benefited me. Even though it was alot of extra time and effort for him. He easily could have put me in a program that would have been quick and easy for him and i wouldn't have even known. But he was honest and open about taking care of who us and making sure he gets us in a program to save us the most money and the most beneficial long term. He would work after hours and would do all that was possible to make the process easy on me and my family.

  Matt was great to work with and made the process go very smoothly even though I didn't make it easy for him. He handled everything very professionally. I ended up changing from one property to another within 4 days, but it didn't rattle him, he just rolled with it. I would recommend him to anyone needing to obtain a mortgage.
