  This is not for praise, kudos or sales tactic. This is a straight up, full blown THANK YOU! Matt has stuck by my side, given me direction and was there for me every step of the way through my very first home purchased and then two years later a refi. Honesty, integrity, passion, loyalty and ZERO pressure. As a matter-of-fact, he told me to wait on my refi and gave me direction of where I need to be to better do my refi and not go for the "sale".
