  Working with Matt was easy. He covered all the details and set us up with the best rate where others could not. I was with one of the largest mortgage companies for 14 years and refinanced with them in the past as well but they could not help me with my new loan. They did not want to be creative and work for me. Matt got it done to perfection and all within just a few weeks. Don't bother going to any other mortgage source because Matt will provide you with honest, hard work and integrity. He's THE BEST!

  Matt made the stressful experience of mortgage lending a breeze… his ‘no pressure, do what’s right for the customer approach’ is a gift and let alone they make the paperwork process so simple. We recommend Matt at the highest level, if 6 stars was an option I would choose it... He made our experience great from day 1 and the closing was so fast, like lightning! Never would we have thought we could go from inquiry to a mortgage solution that allowed us to redo our backyard, to cash in our account in less than 2 weeks when my credit union told me it would be 60-90 days. Great Job Matt & Team!!

  The Phoenix real estate market is bananas and there is no way I could have competed against cash buyers without Matt's help. I was able to close in 10 days and I genuinely looked forward to emails from him because I knew the ball was always being moved forward. He's an early riser and super responsive to emails.   I could not more highly recommend Matt Rasner as a loan specialist. As a busy and working professional, it can be difficult to find time during business hours to deal the minute details involved with the financing of a home. Matt made himself available at all times, mostly outside of typical business hours, to ease with this process. His constant availability, immediate response time, and trustworthiness is second to none. Matt transforms this daunting task to an easy, nearly effortless process.
