Barb Groszkruger5I love this branch of Wells Fargo . They treat me like a regular, familiar customer. They know me by first name, always know how to anticipate my needs in business transactions. Always extend a friendly, neighborly service. For 10+ years I banked at a nearby branch and every time I visited the branch, there was no recognition of me being a frequent, customer, even though I had multiple accounts at that bank. I was just another stranger. I moved my banking and could not be happier.

Barbara Yeager5I have dealt with numerous banks in the time I have traveled with my job but other than a bank in Rapid City, SD, I have never had such Great service as I have had with the Wells Fargo branch in Cave Creek, AZ. Three people have helped me with an IRA that I had with another institution over the course of 1 month (a lot of complicated procedures to close it out & transfer). Pranay, Magdalena, Jodi, have gone far above and beyond to assist me. I am very grateful to them and to Wells Fargo for their great customer service. Curt Yeager

Anastasiya Steshenko1I went in to change my last name on my account and they gave the hardest time ever. The manager had an attitude and came off rude. Definitely wouldn’t go back. What happened to customer service and customer appreciation? Disgusting.
