  Matt has taken care of our lending needs for many years now. He has always been dependable and very responsive every time without fail. I would high recommend him to anyone. I'm always amazed with how quickly he responds and how easy he makes it. When we were building our new house, he was awesome to work with. He even called our builder a couple of times to make sure things were moving along so we could close when were supposed to.

  Matt was nothing short of amazing to work with! We refinanced our house after living there for a year, and I’ll be honest, I was very skeptical about refinancing because closing on our house the first time was the worst experience ever (We didn’t use Matt when we first closed on our home). We contacted Matt about refinancing after we realized how high our current rate was, and he could offer us rates we just couldn’t say no to! The entire process of refinancing was so easy and quick! I would recommend Matt to anyone I know who is buying a house!

  Matt is phenomenal at finding the best rates, keeping me up to date on changes, and the best time to lock in the loan. It was a flawless process to both buy my first house and refinance it a few years later when the rates dropped. He is amazing at following up and I fully recommend him to anyone I know.

  Matt helped us with the loan on our first house and then kept in touch to help us refinance when the time was right, saving us thousands of dollars. When we were ready to buy a different home, Matt helped us again. He got us a great rate. Even our realtor was amazed at the terms of our loan. Matt is professional and detail oriented. He listens well and does all he can to help. We will definitely use him again next time we need a home loan.

  I had heard that working with loan officers can be a rough experience. Working with Matt was exactly the opposite. He made the experience seamless. He did a fantastic job at giving me the information I wanted to know and presenting it in a way that was clear and straightforward. He responded to all my questions in a timely manner with simplicity. He let me know all of my options based on my wants and needs. He is a phenomenal human being and has become a good friend.   When we first met Matt, we knew from the get go that ‘he is our guy.’ From purchasing our condo, refinancing, buying our house, refinancing and repeat - we only go through Matt. We tried working with other loan officers initially but after meeting Matt, we just use him since. In reality, anyone can do the job and be a loan officer. BUT not everyone will treat you more than just a business transaction. That is Matt Oeding, he cares, period. When you start working with him I can guarantee that you’ll instantly gain a TRUE FRIEND. We trust Matt and it’ll be impossible for us not to go through him. He set the bar so high, his skills, knowledge and not to mention how he treats his clients is almost too good to be true. We were lucky to meet him. We let him handle any house/financing needs since he is the expert. We text or email him with any questions we have like if we are thinking of buying a new house or refinancing, Matt is our go-to.
