  Worst mortgage company I’ve ever dealt with over the simplest issues. They’re currently refusing to pay my insurance out of escrow and basically stealing $1,200 from me. The service reps keep requesting updated insurance information and threatening me with fines while not making any attempt to actually resolve this issue. I just want my money at this point.

  Matt and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable from my first mortgage inquiry to closing my loan and then some. Good communication, friendly, professional and able to answer all of my many questions. The portal was user-friendly for secure document uploads, which made the process as convenient as possible. I would use Matt and Homebridge again, and even recommended them to a friend who is now in the process of buying with Matt's help for financing.

  Matt and his team were a pleasure to work with in get us approved and closing our new build. We ran into some issues with the contractor along the way and Matt made sure to steer us in the right direction. Even down to the last day when we had some insurance issues, the whole team stepped up to make sure we closed on time. FANTASTIC!

  I highly recommend Matt and his team. We had previously worked with BB&T on our first mortgage and had checked out several others this time around and Homebridge was better on every level: customer service, our mortgage interest rate, and contributing general knowledge and advice to our homebuying experience. I actually learned a lot through working with Matt and his team. Whether you are looking for that old fashioned personal touch, ease of transaction, or simply just want a great rate don't go with a traditional bank, go with these guys.
