  Heather and her team are amazing brokers. They will get you a great rate but the process is extremely simple and stress free. This is the fifth home I purchase and the mortgage is always the stressful part but not with Heather and her team. She sends all the reminder you need and she is very upfront on what you need and what you qualify for. If you want to buy a home in Indiana, go with Heather !!!!!

  Christina and her team made our first homebuying experience as smooth as possible. She was quick to communicate and respond in a variety of ways—email, phone, text—and when we forgot to communicate some important parts of the process, she was on it! She worked with us to get us a great interest rate (considering current events). We’re very grateful for her help! Highly recommend Christina and her team!

  This team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They work fast and know exactly what they are doing. The team was very prompt in answering questions . They were very knowledgeable and eager to get the job done. They were always polite and friendly. I didn't just have one person to talk to. I felt like I was their only customer. Much better than doing business with a bank or large company.

  Had an awesome experience with Kyle and his team when we chose Fairway for our mortgage lender. They helped us a lot with programs and information. Kyle was always super quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. The process was mostly very easy as a first time home buyer thanks to their system also. Buying a house is stressful but Fairway made the process much easier than anticipated. We are extremely pleased with our decision.

  Everyone I worked with was so patient and understanding and I couldn't be more grateful and pleased by them all! Trust me, if you're looking for a home for the first time and need someone strong to help you through the process, do not hesitate to take that first step and apply with these guys! I went into this not really expecting much, but I took my shot anyways and they were such tremendous help! If you have any doubts, shut them out and just go for it! I promise you won't regret it!

  I had the best experience with Fairway mortgage. It was so smooth, their app and website is very user friendly and they keep you updated every step of the way. It is exciting to see once something was completed and then it tells you the next thing to look forward to. The whole team was super friendly and I would highly recommend Austin and his team!

  I wasn't sure if I would qualify for the loan. Kyle assured me that he thought I would based off the information I provided. I decided to move forward with the application. I was approved! Kyle and Fairway made the process very simple. He was on top of every question that I had. He answered in a very timely manor. Even in the evening and weekends.
