  Chad was a great advisor to us when buying our first home. We always felt like he was acting in our best interest and he helped us change our plan during the process to help us get the lowest rate.   Excellent Customer Service!!!!! I used Fairway for my mortgage loan. I initially began working with another financing company and had a bad experience. The person was cold and always short with me anytime I asked questions. Then I began with Hector Avila and I can’t say enough about him! He always answered all my questions patiently along the process. Always professional, kind, and very nice. Making my home buying experience less stressful. His team was also very nice. Chad and Sarah are very professional, organized and efficient! The entire process was great! I will always recommend Fairway! And they will now be my go to for any future financing needs!   Garrett was always on top of things, he was very knowledgeable about the whole process. He was easy to get ahold of and easy to talk to and ask questions from. Through every interaction with Garrett, I never felt confused or concerned after speaking with him. He made sure I felt comfortable with all the signing and explanations of the home loan process. Garret is the man!
