      Went to do business about debit card not working on recent Saturday, doors locked. Tried to call multiple rimes, no answer. Website says open.

      I had the misfortune of trying to work with the commercial division of this local credit union for an extremely simple and straightforward loan. After completing all of the forms and submitting an application, Marshall Community Credit Union did literally nothing with it for over a week. It wasn't until a prodding email a week out that basic credit reports were even run. The bankers self stated second deadline was then broken again with further delays. At that point I obtained the loan in less than a day at another local bank. Unless you like unnecessary delays and excuses and feeling like an impediment rather than a customer, STEER CLEAR of this institution.

      Good banking experience, terrible insurance experience. I thought I was doing insurance business with local employees, but they just referred me to a call center to who knows where. I was not impressed and purchased my insurance elsewhere.
