  I had to do a variety of coordinated things to rearrange some accounts / money. The manager (I think that's the right title) did a great gob of taking care of things, as well as offering and clarifying options. I'm used to quality, friendly, service there from tellers on basic transactions, but it was great to have the same excellent service for something more complicated.

  I had an awesome experience with Kim McNett my loan officer. She was through and knowledgeable and was able to approve and do everything over email and the phone!! It was stress free and went smoothly. I would recommend Kim and America 1Credit Union.

  They were very thorough with how they handle my information and maintained a professional atmosphere during the whole process. I hope to continue to maintain a an account with American One credit because they are for their customers from what I can tell.

  I am very satisfied with the service that I received. The employee worked endlessly for me and I am convinced that people like her are heavenly sent. I refer to her as "a earthly angel" to me.   Kim Mcnett was very warm to talk to and was very sure that my banking branch could get it done. It wasn't long at all for her to put things together and call me back with an update. Like with in a couple of hours. Very happy to work with. Thanks again

  Great people who work there... Many of them have been working here since the inception of the branch and have so much knowledge of their long time, local and loyal customers. It's always nice to see their smiling faces and get remembered as a face and a name......

  I would give zero stars however Rayetta was very helpful in fixing the errors another loan officer made. My husband went to American 1 for an auto loan and we were hoping this would be an easy process however it has not been. Be careful in what services you want and what services are unknowingly added in which could cause your payment to be considerably higher. After reading the loan information my husband cancelled these services he did not request, only to find out a week later the loan officer did not cancel them as requested. The communication from that loan officer was very poor, ineffective and lacking in transparency. However she could communicate clearly when it was to her benefit like offering a credit card that we also did not want!

  Excellent service. They were able to get me right in to set up an account even though I didn’t have an appointment. Very impressed considering the changes they’ve had to make dealing with Covid-19 Pandemic guidelines.Very considerate and very professional, I would highly recommend American1 Credit Union.
