  Mark was very helpful with our home loan refinancing. He provided several options and explained each one. He made it easy to make the right decision. His communication and follow up was superb! His assistant, Leah Thompson, was very helpful making sure we had all the right documents. Mark and his team work very well together and made the entire process very convenient for our schedules.   Mark helped my husband and I with the original mortgage for our home and later helped us refinance so we could ditch that pesky PMI! Now we have some backyard projects we want to tackle, so we reached out to Mark to discuss financing options.   First-time homebuyers, and when we first started looking into the process we were overwhelmed. Mark swooped in and helped us out, providing friendly guidance and advice, and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. He definitely went above and beyond his role, and we are very thankful for his help. -- October 2021 Update -- So, Mark was a great help during the initial purchase in late 2020, and has kept in touch with us throughout the last year. He was always helpful if we had questions (even questions that were tangentially related to our mortgage). Mark reached out to us in September when a refinance option arrived that could help save us some money. Thanks to Mark, we are saving close to $400/month on our monthly payment. He's a joy to work with and I can't imagine a better experience.

He made the process very easy for us, and stayed in touch throughout the process to answer any questions and explain things in detail. Aside from the great service that Mark provided, he also provided us with the most competitive rate of the multiple lenders that we shopped. He was able to save us hundreds of dollars a month over other lenders. When it came time to close, Mark was able to help us close a few days early to help ease some conflicts in scheduling that we needed to resolve.
